Welcome to DubV Landlords, Morgantown's premiere student housing and landlord hub. Our mission is to provide information to students and Morgantown residents in order to help them make educated housing decisions. We have landlord ratings, landlord reviews, off campus housing listings, and other information to aid you in finding a place to live in Morgantown.

This site was started in the Spring of 2007 and is owned and moderated by a group of WVU Alumni. We were fed up with the way that student rental businesses were run and decided to do something about it. On this page we reward the landlords who recieve favorable reviews from their past tenants and shame the landlords who do not. We leave the decision up to you, rate your landlord wisely!

My name is Leann Ray, and I'm a graduate student studying journalism at West Virginia University. This blog is my thesis project.

Instead of writing a typical thesis, this blog will be an investigative look at off-campus housing in Morgantown, West Virginia, home of WVU. More specifically, it will focus on the Sunnyside area.
