PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR STUDENTS MOVE HERE! WVU should remove WestRun from the list of housing options for their students. My student's apartment reeks of cat urine, the walls are filthy, there is mold in the toilet, holes in all of the walls, the diswasher doesn't work, the hallways are disgusting and it is impossible to get repairs done. Management lies or does not respond to complaints.

maybe if they put as much money into their apartments as they do advertising (tv commercials, spam email) this would be a decent place to live
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

These "close to campus" apartments are not at all close to campus. They're even in another district. The bus shuttle is hardly reliable and only ran until 6 o'clock. Very fake staff and the owner is a complete ***hole. You couldn't pay me to live here!
Save your money on gas and get something closer and nicer, next to campus.
For 580$ a month, this place is a joke.

We have had nothing but trouble since we moved in. The hillside is falling in like the other post said, we have no drainage behind our building so there is constantly a swamp back there. This is going to lead to health issues because it will become a breeding ground for bacteria and insects. Main door has been broke for 5 weeks now, all the doors in the apartment need to be rehung because the building is sinking. The walls and ceilings literally have cracks in them because of poor construction, buildings should not sink this bad for 50 or more years. The only good thing about west run is the cost, with everything included the rice is right, but you have to suffer through poor workmanship not to mention poor lighting in the parking lots, that's why my car and 10 others were broken into.
