    340 Stewart St. Apt C says...

    Rented for one year, these are some of the nicest people I have ever rented from. They are very easy to work with and good honest people. Also they rent very very cheap. I paid $225/month with all utilities except electric. Now that's unheard of in morgantown. I think they only own the one house on stewart st. which is a shame because more landlords should operate like these people.
