Well he goes on some rampages about some pretty menial things. He really lacks any respect for his tenants.

Jamie is a bi-polar a**hole. Enough said.

Lived on Spruce Street and other than parking was a great college place. I was never treated badly. Best landlord i have had in the 4 years i have been in Morgantown.

Long story short I went the whole Winter with out my furnish working. I refused to pay rent because of it.

I've rented from them previously and must say I am appaulded by their handling of business. The son Jamie is a bipolar asshole and will have no problem screaming and cursing at you in your own front yard, his father is better but not by much. The handy man Jeff is the only thing good coming from that office. Aimee is rude to almost anyone and everyone. I get it, having problems with your landlord but there should be no excuse for screaming and cursing at them. Don't try to reach them in the middle of the night for a real emergency because theyll basically tell you to **** off. Felt very disrespected.

Lived in one of their apartments last year and was very satisfied. Moved to this one, last summer and they always come by when called. I wish there was more parking for my friends when they visit, but this is Morgantown.
